EARLALL is an international non-profit association established in 2001. Composed by a Board and a General Assembly, Earlall today comprises – among full members and observers – 32 regional and local authorities and associations, which represent over 61 million people across Europe.
Within Earlall, the members aim to cooperate and raise the role and visibility of regional and local authorities in the field of lifelong learning at the European level, to promote the exchange of experience and best practice between regional and local authorities and to encourage the development of joint projects in the field of education and training.
Being composed by regional and local authorities all around Europe, Earlall represents an excellent platform for searching and sharing best practice and disseminating the results of projects among its members and other Regional Authorities.
